- ➤ A new survey by the Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority shows that over 70% of local bus riders use the service three or more days a week and many depend on it for work or medical trips—more than half earn under $15,000 a year. The agency will use the data to plan future services and expand its fleet with three new hydrogen-powered buses expected within a year. CBS Sacramento
