- ➤ Riverbank police arrested 43-year-old Alan Rojas after a female motorist reported a suspicious dark sedan with flashing red and blue lights on Oakdale Road and Freddie Lane on Wednesday morning—Rojas had a blood alcohol level over twice the legal limit and was charged with impersonating a peace officer and driving under the influence.
